All-hands meetings
Every month, our entire team convenes for an All-Hands meeting. This is our time to regroup, realign, and discuss company strategy. Although these meetings are synchronous, recordings are provided so everyone can re-watch and absorb the discussed strategies at their own pace.
Async updates
For other updates, we utilize asynchronous video updates. Whether it's a minor departmental update, Project spotlights , or the introduction of a new ritual, it's shared in this format.
