Request Account

To request a user, you must send an email to  support@sytex.io  indicating an email address for the user, their name, and whether they are a staff or contractor user, as well as specifying the organization to which your user will be associated. If you know them, you can also send us the permissions that the new user will need.

It is important that the shared data is correct to avoid any inconvenience.


How to create your password?


Once you have requested your new user to the email  support@sytex.io  and received confirmation that it has been generated, you will receive an email with a temporary password that will last for 72 hours. It will need to be changed when you first log in.



There you will find your email, company, and a link ("Create your new password here") where you can access to generate your password. You will also find the links to download the App for both Android and iOS.

When you access the link, you will find the following screen, where you will need to define your password:


Remember that the password must meet the following conditions, at least:
8 characters
One uppercase letter
One number
One non-alphanumeric character, such as an asterisk (*), exclamation mark (!), etc.

(An example of a valid password is: Sytex2022**)


In the bottom left corner, you will find a sign confirming the creation of your password.
