Automate Doc Creation

Automate your regularly scheduled meetings and processes with recurring docs.

With recurring docs, you can set a default template for all docs created in a part of your structure, and schedule creation of new docs for regularly occurring things like weekly meetings. Alarm Clock

How to enable recurring docs

Click on the three dot menu next to a doc name in the left sidebar and select  Automate subdocs . From here, you'll be able to either " Set template for new subdocs ", and " Create subdocs automatically ".



Recurring docs options


Once you are in this menu, you have 2 options.
You can attach a template to this doc. All documents created under the current document (subdocs) will use this template by default.
You can automate the creation of docs, and make sure all the right people are notified when a new document is created.


Set frequency 

After choosing which day, you can automate document creation every week, 2 weeks or every month. So this feature become also handy for monthly company updates, biweekly customer voice reports, etc



Removing automated subdocs

You can click on  Remove automation  at the bottom of the automation modal to remove the recurring subdocs automation. Alternatively, you can click on  Remove subdocs automation  from the notice at the top of the document.
