Monthly 1:1 Meeting

Make a copy of this doc (or save it as a Template in Slite).
Choose 6-8 questions from this list to send to your employee. Ask them to complete it at least 24 hours before your 1:1, so you have time to prepare. For each future 1:1, copy and paste this template again below, and add the new date. That way you can easily reference notes and see progress over time.
