Making Changes to Multiple Items via the Bulk Edit Option

Did you know you can make certain changes to multiple items at once? If you would like to apply the same action, such as publishing or unpublishing, to multiple pages on your site, you can do that from the "Manage Content" page .

Locate Your Content

First, navigate to the "Manage Content" editing page (Shortcuts ⟶ Manage Content). From there, select the content that you wish to edit.

Your content list might span multiple pages. If this is the case, you may wish to filter the results. You can filter by: content title, content type (e.g. flexible pages or news items), and/or published status (published or unpublished).

To select an item, click its adjacent checkbox.

If you wish to select all of the items, click the checkbox next to the "Title" heading. Clicking it again will de-select everything that was selected.

Select as many items as you wish to edit.


Choose Your Bulk Action

Once you've selected your pages or items, scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll see a dropdown menu for Actions.

Select the action you wish to apply, and click the button for "Apply to selected items."


Clone Selected Content

There are a few reasons you might wish to create copies of your content.  Learn more about cloning your content , including instances when it may be helpful to do so, as well as how to distinguish the copy from the original - and why that matters!


Change Field Values

Selecting the Change Field Values option allows you to apply one type of change to multiple pieces of content at once. This can be done for any type of content, such as Flexible Pages, Events, People Profiles, etc.
Depending on which type of content you've selected, the options for what can be changed will vary. For example, if you select a few flexible pages, you will see different choices than if you select all people profiles.

Ignore From Importing

This can generally be ignored. If the person or event should be disconnected from the importer, please put in a support ticket to the H&S web services team. The easiest way to do so is under Shortcuts ⟶ Get Help ⟶ Support Ticket.


Delete Selected Entities / Translations

Deleting items is an action that should never be done, as it is permanent. We STRONGLY encourage you to unpublish your content rather than deleting it forever.
