Job Post | SEO Content Marketer
As a Content Marketer, you'll be fully involved in strategy & execution on building one of our most performing acquisition channel at Slite. As we're growing through a content, this role is key to us.
You won't start from scratch.
What's my mission?
You will lead and develop all our Content efforts for SEO purposes. We've been growing this channel very well last year and we see promising potential on making it Slite's first acquisition channel:
You'll improve our traffic, ranking and revenue through search engines by creating great content pieces and improving them over time
Our agency will support you with technical insights and back-linking, so that you can focus on the reader experience throughout the entire funnel
Eventually as one of the early member of Slite, you'll be be able to shape the future of it. We share as much ownership on the way we work and on the product itself as we can, we're convinced 99% of our success is due to our team.
A few words on SEO at Slite today
We've been putting a lot of efforts onto SEO since 12 months. We grew traffic to 250K visitors last year and thousands of team trials. This year, we will keep on improving those figures and keeping up SEO as an entry point to Slite's zone of influence (educating our prospects and users, positioning Slite on the productivity market, etc).
This role is about writing Content (Learn Pages, Guides) and optimizing it (on-page and off-page) to leverage this channel as good as we can. Potential is great. You'll have support from our SEO agency and Marketing team.
Who will I be working with?
You will be reporting to our Head of Growth Marketing Clément and working closely with our Content Lead Marc and the Community Marketer that we're currently hiring.
You will also collaborate closely with our SEO agency.
What do I need?
Passion for productivity and better forms of communication (async)
Excellent writing skills - ability to turn complex topics into easy to understand articles
Proactivity, ownership - we're hiring someone
Ability to communicate with other teams at Slite to get work done
Good understanding of SEO & digital marketing - we not only think of getting more traffic, we look for traffic that drive signups and revenue
SEO experience (1+ year) ideally within a B2B industry is a big plus
Experience working with freelancers & agencies is a plus
