Paid Time Off (PTO) can be used for personal emergencies, sick days, or pre-planned holidays.
Days Off
Team members at Content Distribution will begin to accrue PTO 91 days after employment began and accrue PTO at a rate of 2 days per month thereafter.

Because CD employs people from every continent, employees choose (or vote for) bank holidays relevant in their country.

PTO Q&A
Will I receive paid holidays? Yes, all full-time contractors will receive the above holidays, or the equivalent holidays of your country.
When will I begin to accrue PTO? You will begin to accrue PTO 91 days after your start date.
Can I take unpaid time off if I haven't qualified for PTO? Yes. Please schedule unpaid time off in advance with the exception of personal emergencies or sickness.
Will my unused vacation days carry over to the following year? Unused days can be carried over into the following year, although we encourage you to consume all of your PTO in a given year. This is a marathon, not a sprint.
If I leave the company, will I be compensated for unused days? No, you will not be compensated for any unused days.
Requesting time off
Time off must be pre-approved in advance. Please provide your manager 30 day notice for planned holidays.
If you are unable to provide notice, please submit a request after returning to work.
