Job post - Data analyst
We're looking for a bright person, keen on data, engineer minded, and passionate about Slite's mission to come own data at Slite.
This person will support all functions of the team with data, enforce our setup is reliable and will scale in the long run and coach the whole team to use data the right way to grow Slite.

Why now?
We're reaching a limit on our data systems: we have needs on all front, and can't maintain all our analytics properly. We need dedicated expertise to own this part, manage our data pipeline and tooling, but also coach the product, marketing and growth team on data to make it used the right way.
💪 What's my mission?
Own the BI toolchain: pick, implement and maintain BI tools and setup.
Maintain core reports and dashboard for all teams
Coach all team to properly use data in their job
Help product track the features usage and user behaviours. Help them shape the roadmap and next features accordingly.
Monitor and assess marketing inbound efforts (SEO, natural & paid search, content)
Help growth prioritize and measure the impact of its experiments
📖 What do I need?
Strong analytical skills
SQL proficiency
Prior 4+ years of experience working on data
Past experience working on data at Saas or product-driven companies
Great communication, especially written communication
Structured mindset
Good data tooling expertise
Javascript and Git minimal skillset
The (very) nice to have
Extra JS and node expertise
Past remote experience
AI skills: understanding and ability to work with ML models and foresee the potential it could unlock for Slite would be a huge added value.
