Job Post - Talent Acquisition

We're looking for an experienced talent acquisition manager with 2 main roles: be our recruiting expert, able to manage and coordinate all our talent acquisition pipeline, and on top of that act as a head of people, be responsible for all the folks at Slite and how we manage them.

From sourcing to closing, you will help hire 20 people in the year to come, from Software engineers to growth marketer. You'll be responsible of enforcing an incredible remote setup, ensure each of our teammate's growth, and enforce an incredible level of management at Slite.

While not widely announced yet, we just closed a great fundraising round with incredible partners, and are hiring our next, very carefully picked, teammates.

We are aiming very high. Our goal is to create a standard in the industry: the simplest and most versatile tool powering internal documentation for startups as well as large growing companies. We need you to attract the best possible people, and ensure they are in the best setup to deliver.

Talent acquisition

Define our hiring process.
Source candidates.
Launch new positions. Write briefs, score cards, posts... And possibly do so with hiring managers while coaching them on it.
Enforce process speed. Minimize the "time to post", "time to answer", "time to nogo" and delays between interactions.
Coach the team on hiring. On all steps of the process: how to source, to test, close, etc. And also challenge the execs on salaries, equity, setups.
Own our employer brand. Communicate around how it is to work at Slite, the team, the way we work etc... either by writing yourself or leveraging on the team.


SparklesTalent growth

Coach managers. Give them feedback, organize 360° review, give them guidance. Help them being better at managing the team and at themselves give guidance. This includes all executives.
Enforce a great feedback culture
Make sure all performance reviews are well made and useful.
Define the setup for remote folks: contracts, how we handle their pay, benefits, how do we employe them, when do we go through PEOs, etc...
Define and maintain with Chris the salary and equity grids
Help us define Slite's culture and how it can help us drive hard decisions
