Slite is seeking an exceptional individual contributor to join our team as a Growth Marketing & Sales Manager. As a key member of our GTM team, your role will encompass various responsibilities, including driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and driving successful sales. This unique opportunity allows you to shape the future of Slite and have a significant impact on our revenue and our success.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

Growth

  • Drive customer acquisition through impactful lead generation initiatives.
  • Test and experiment with growth strategies, channels, and tactics to fill the sales pipeline.
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing.
  • Utilize data analytics and CRM insights to inform data-driven growth strategies.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across teams.

  • Conduct product demos and qualification calls with qualified leads.
  • Nurture leads through regular communication, follow-ups, and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

Is this you?

Here are some of the key things we are looking for.

βœ… You have previous experience in growth marketing Β (2+ years)

in an underdog SaaS B2B company;

βœ… You're skilled in cost-effective lead generation across multiple channels

including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Outreach;

βœ… You are results-focused

‍with a growth mindset, driven to generate leads, close deals, and create opportunities;

βœ… You have strong communication skills in English

with customer-facing experience, ideally in sales;

βœ… You are data-oriented

tracking KPIs and analyzing insights for informed decision-making;

βœ… You are proficient in growth and marketing tools

AI is a plus;

βœ… You may have one or more of these bonus skills:

- You're proficient in additional languages.

- You have Growth/Sales ops experience.

- You're familiar with no-code/automation.
