Monthly All-Hands : Every month, we connect company-wide to celebrate successes and align on our goals, ensuring everyone is moving forward together.
Async Updates : Ongoing, regular updates keep you informed and engaged, fitting seamlessly into your workflow without the need for real-time meetings.
Grow
Skip-level 1:1s : Scheduled throughout the year, these meetings with higher management offer a broadened view and direct input into Nebulab's trajectory.
Weekly 1:1s : Held every week, these sessions with your manager focus on personal growth, current challenges, and future plans.
Performance Reviews : Conducted in March and September, these reviews assess your progress and set the course for your continued development.
Compensation Review : In April, after the performance review, we review and adjust compensation to match your growth and market trends.
Engagement Surveys : Twice a year, in spring and fall, these surveys collect your feedback to improve our workplace.
Pulse Surveys : Quick, regular weekly check-ins provide insights into team morale and help us adapt dynamically.
Relate
Team Retreat : Our annual retreat in May is a highlight, blending relaxation with relationship-building in an inspiring setting.
Donut Intros & Pair Programming : Twice a week, Donut Intros foster casual connections, while Monthly Pair Programming sessions blend collaboration with skill-building.
End of the Year Party : In December, we come together to celebrate the year's achievements and ring in the festive season.
