What do I do after I receive my groupings?
Groupings are delivered in a CSV format. The problem with CSVs are lack of formatting options.
Each keyword variation is stored in the CSV on a separate line, and groupings with a lot of variations are bigger than your screen size.
This make it hard to evaluate and prioritize your content calendar.
We can fix this in approximately 1 minute.
Create a Google Sheet called [Project] - Opportunity Analysis
Copy / paste the entire sheet into Google Sheets
Select column D and press CTRL + F
Click the 3 dots
Type in:
Find: \n
Replace with:,
Note: 'Replace With' is comma space (, )
Search using regular expression
Search using regular expression
Click Replace All
Your groupings should now look like this:
