Welcome to Slite and why we chose it

Slite is an AI-powered knowledge base that enables teams to create, find and manage their company knowledge at scale.

Introduction to Slite

Slite is where your team creates, organizes, and collaborates on your knowledge. It's your team's source of truth for documentation.

Why have we selected Slite at company name?

For the admin: you can add 1-3 goals here to let people know why you have selected Slite and what you are hoping to achieve with the implementation and rollout.
Slite is here to provide you with a single source of truth so everyone can be more aligned.
Slite aims to support your growth by giving you the opportunity to create, share, and access company and team information.
Slite removes the ambiguity of not knowing if documentation is up to date and/or can be trusted.
Slite is designed to help you adopt more asynchronous ways of working and be more autonomous in your day to day.

How Slite fits into your daily workflow?

For the admin: you can add a couple of use cases here to give people inspiration and guidance on how to use Slite in their day-to-day work.

Capturing everyday knowledge

Use Slite to capture meeting notes, SOPs, project plans, and other knowledge that your team creates every day. Collaborate in real-time with  inline comments  and @mentions to keep discussions organized right where the work happens.

When you update a doc

After making changes to an important doc, mark it as  Verified  to signal that it's current and trustworthy. Set a review cycle so teammates know when to check back for updates.

When knowledge is scattered across tools

Use Slite as the single place to consolidate and organize information from meetings, emails, and other sources. Keep everything in one searchable location so your team always knows where to find what they need.

Where to find things

For the admin: this is a great place to drop an annotated screenshot of your workspace so new users can see exactly where things are.
