Organic Growth Manager (SEO & GEO)

We're looking for someone to own and grow organic acquisition across Super and Slite. In this role, you'll lead our organic growth engine: SEO and GEO. You'll be strategic, staying ahead of how search and AI discovery are evolving, while coordinating the people and initiatives that drive results.

What you'll do

  • Own the organic growth strategy across SEO and GEO, deciding where to focus based on what moves the needle.
  • Coordinate freelancers, agencies, and/or internal contributors to execute on it.
  • Stay on top of how AI is changing search and discovery, and make sure we're visible where prospects are looking.
  • Run experiments, whether that's micro apps, new content formats, or emerging channels - and double down on what works.
  • Track performance, define the right metrics (traffic, demos, AI visibility), and report on what's working.

Who you are

  • You’ve spent 3+ years helping people understand and adopt software through content, education, community, or product-adjacent roles.
  • You’re deeply curious and technically fluent, especially around modern AI products. You like understanding how things work and explaining them clearly.
  • You enjoy creating content that teaches. Writing, video, live demos, and walkthroughs feel natural to you.
  • You hold a high bar for quality in both copy and visuals, and you care deeply about how products are presented.
  • You’re comfortable being visible. You enjoy speaking, recording, and sharing ideas publicly, and you likely already do so in some form.
