Most sources are mirroring permissions so that your teammates need no effort to get good answers from the agents.
In the case of MCP, if you don't want to share 1 connection and permissions to all the team, you need each member to connect their own.
To ease this, Slite lets you promote certain MCPS such as Granola or Miro to your teammates:

Turn this on for your team
This option is accessible to members allowed to manage sources.
Go to Settings › Agent sources and click Connect a source.
Click the Granola card (it has an MCP badge) once. Each click adds another connection, even if you’re already connected. If Granola asks you to sign in, use your own account.
Open the new connection from the sidebar, then open Manage access.
Turn on Let other members connect their personal Granola accounts.

This doesn't give anyone access to your account. New connections are private to you by default. Keep it that way unless you want the team to also search through your account.
The tools you pick are the starting set for members. Changing them later doesn't affect members who have already connected.
Connect your own account
In the Agent, click Connect on the banner (for example, Connect your account to the Granola MCP), or go to Agent sources › Connect your accounts.
Under Ready to connect, click Connect on the source.
Sign in with your own account and approve access.

Your connection's page opens. Under Tools, the Agent can use every tool listed, plus any the source adds later. Turn off the ones you don't want it to use.

To remove it, open the connection and click Disconnect. You can connect again while the source is still turned on.
Good to know
- Only sources you connect by signing in (OAuth) support personal connections. Connections that use an API key or custom headers stay shared.
- Members can connect their own account. Guests and readers can’t, and don’t see the prompt.
- A personal connection is visible only to the member who made it. Admins can't see, manage or remove it.
- Granola only accepts work Google accounts (Google Workspace). Members signed in to Granola with a Gmail account can't connect yet.
- Turning it off stops new members connecting. Anyone already connected keeps their connection.
