Microsoft Forms is the survey and quiz tool used across teams running on Microsoft 365. The Slite integration embeds those forms directly in your docs, so onboarding pages, HR processes, and internal surveys collect responses right where the context lives — without forcing readers to click out.
How it works
Copy the embed code from your Microsoft Form and paste it into your Slite doc, or use /embed to insert the form link. The form appears inline, ready for your team to view or fill out. Make sure your form's sharing and response settings match what you want — anyone with the link can submit.
