You can export individual docs from Slite in a few formats — useful for sharing, backup, or editing in other tools.
How to Export a Doc
Open the doc you want to export.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Choose
Export and pick one of the following export formats:- PDF – good for sharing outside Slite
- Markdown – clean, editable format
- HTML – keeps formatting intact
- Print – offers more layout control; you can print or save as PDF
To include metadata for docs in a collection, choose:
Export → Print → Save as PDF…Current Limitations
- Doc history won't be included
- Comments won't be included
- It is not possible to export several docs in bulk (e.g. a channel and the docs below it)

- Large tables may be cut off
