Hey there,

Over the past years, Slite has become the go-to knowledge base for teams who value clarity and ease of use. As we expand our product suite with Super, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive value across both platforms.

You'll own the entire post-sales lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion, helping our customers build better documentation practices with Slite and unlock the full potential of AI in their workflows with Super. As our CSM, you'll play a central role in shaping how companies leverage both platforms, while significantly impacting our product direction through direct customer insights.

What you'll do

  • Become a product expert and help customers use Slite and Super effectively, from initial onboarding through to renewal.
  • Generate a strong expansion and renewal pipeline and exceed NRR targets.
  • Mitigate risk for key customers by acting on triggers from our CSP.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our key customers.
  • Be the voice of the customer by advocating for customers by surfacing product or adoption blockers to our product team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Customer Success experience, with expertise across the post-sales funnel.
  • SaaS and startup experience, comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
  • Experience working with Mid-Market and SMB companies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English, including presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Natural drive for identifying expansion opportunities, with proven experience in upselling and renewal conversations.

Nice to have

  • Active interest in AI and its applications in the workplace.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional European languages.
