As Slite grows, we are looking to build our data team with a first growth data analyst to join our Product Growth & Data team.

We're looking for someone passionate about data-driven product & business analysis. As the name  "Growth analyst" suggests, we are working on understanding our user behaviour by analysing product and business metrics and unlocking insights to help the entire team make better decisions supporting the business growth.

Here are some of the key things we are looking for.

As the first data analyst, working directly with Adrien our product growth lead, you'll be involved in various projects such as building a growth model, key reporting business analysis for the leadership team, providing new insights for growth experiments and impact analysis of our product actions.

What you'll do in collaboration with Adrien the product growth lead:

  • Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company.
  • Work closely with the growth team to monitor, optimize, and report on growth metrics and experiments results. Make recommendations based on data findings.
  • Contribute to develop frameworks, models and processes to ensure that analytical insights can be incorporated into all key decision making.
  • Maintain and evolve our data tools, in collaboration with Engineers to improve our analytics infrastructure and data quality.
  • Effectively present and communicate analysis to the relevant stakeholders
  • The tools you'll work with: Amplitude, Dataform, Metabase, Bigquery, Segment

We started Slite remotely in 2017 and never looked back.
